In the event of a violation, a warning letter will be sent to the owner and/or renter of the said property by certified mail. If the issue is not resolved within 30 days, a fine will be assessed. The fine will be assessed monthly until the issue is resolved. This list is not all inclusive. The Board of Directors may assign fines for other violations as necessary. Payment of fines is expected within 30 days.
Property Fines:
Broken mailbox - $25
Grass over 6" high - $50
Trash, garden waste, firewood, bricks, pallets, tires, etc. stored in public view - $50
Broken or missing fence - $100
Broken or missing supports/siding - $100
Peeling paint - $100
Broken garage door - $100
Dead trees posing a potential hazard - $100
Recreational vehicles, motor homes, disabled vehicles stored in public view - $250
Easements are to be kept cut and clear of trash, yard waste, clutter and animal waste - $50
Obnoxious trade or activity shall not be carreied out upon any lot, nor shall anything therein which may be or become an annoyance to the neighborhood or disturb the peace of the residents - $200
